Grab your kneepads, your heels and your bestie for this hard-style, fierce af doubles pole choreo with MayPole!

This workshop is mostly basework and hard-style flow with some optional up-the-pole elements for those who want them. We'll include a mix of doubles tricks, synchronized and contrasting moments of choreography and some time at the end of the routine for you to vibe together for a joint freestyle if you're feeling it!

Suitable for dancers who have a grasp of pole basics (seats and static two-handed spins).

Pole heels are highly recommended (but optional) and kneepads are essential. You will need some thigh grip and inner arm grip if you wish to include the optional pole tricks.

You can book with a friend or on your own - anyone booked solo will be paired up with another attendee at the workshop.
