You’ll get clear options for different experience levels, so you can choose the version that feels right for your body while still getting a satisfying challenge. This class style can be sassy and high energy, or slow and sensual - you can find our class songs for the month in our Instagram highlights! Suitable for beginners, heels optional and kneepads recommended
Commercial Heels
Learn a short, high-energy routine (around 1 minute) each week, with a focus on musicality, confidence and performance skills. Expect clean lines, sharp accents and sensual styling. Dance stilettos are recommended for the full effect, but you’re welcome to train in bare feet if that’s safer or more comfortable. Pole heels are NOT suitable for this class. Kneepads may be needed for some weeks - bring them just in case! Suitable for complete beginners.
Floor Choreo 1-2

Pole heels are optional/recommended, kneepads are essential. Suitable for complete beginners.

A faster-paced floorwork class designed for students who are comfortable with basic floor tricks/transitions and are ready for more complex movement. You’ll learn a short new routine each class that incorporates stronger travelling pathways, layered sequencing and more demanding floor tricks. Clear variations are provided, but the choreography is structured for dancers who meet the listed prerequisites.
