Pole Tricks - Class Levels
Our Pole Tricks classes are semi-mixed ability to allow booking flexibility and gradual, safe progression. We currently cater to 2 levels in each class (1-2, 2-3 and 3-4).
In a mixed ability class, the lesson works within the prerequisites and target skills of the first level, with optional progressions and variations offered to students who are working at the second level in that class. To find your class, use our "What Level Are You" guide above, and find the corresponding class below. E.g. if you are a Level 2 Student, you could attend our 1-2 classes if you wish to continue working on your spins and upright poses, or our 2-3 classes if you'd like to start working towards inversions and more challenging pole moves.
