Sunday Salutations
Pop-up yoga classes! Bring a slice of presence, focus and self care to the end of the week/start of the week. Dates are announced on our Instagram and Facebook pages.
This is a beginner+ Hatha style yoga class with some yin influence, breathwork, relaxation and optional adjustments for a full reset and meditative session.
We will begin grounding ourselves in the space, arriving and focusing on breath and meditation before a short Hatha warm-up and sun salutations to get ourselves into the body. This will lead into a range of asanas to unwind and decompress, finishing with shavasana and guided meditation.
A variety of adjustments and variations are given throughout. Mats, blocks and some straps pare provided. The only equipment you may want to bring are bolsters/pillows and extra layers if you wish.
Strength & Flex

Start your week off right with an hour of strength & flexibility training every Monday evening!
These classes will have you working up a sweat and learning how to actively control your stretches to keep your body safe and pain-free whilst working on your flexibility. Each week we'll target a different areas, smashing out fun and challenging strengthening exercises in combination with active and passive stretching. Suitable for all levels - no pole experience required.
Yoga Fundamentals
In this 8-week course, Jane Silk will guide you through some beginner offerings of Hatha Yoga. This will include practice of prayanyama (breathwork), meditation and asanas (poses).
This course is for anyone and everyone, whether you’ve done yoga before or wish to revisit some fundamentals. Jane brings their classes together with a focus on calming the mind for mental health, offering adjustments for all bodies, all levels and having fun within the class because yoga doesn’t have to always be so serious!
Yoga mats and blocks will be provided, should you wish to bring a bolster, pillow or blanket, please bring these with you. Highly recommended is a yoga strap or alternatively a dressing gown tie to be used as a strap (or similar, don’t go out of your way to buy anything fancy!).
